Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Warr Acres is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and basic hygiene needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with minimal assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college coursework or degree in a related field
