Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Van Driver

Richland Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Van Driver. In this role, you will provide care to residents while safely transporting them to medical appointments, outings, and activities. You will combine clinical nursing assistance with safe vehicle operation to support the mobility and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and activities
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) during transportation, including transfers and ambulation
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents in accordance with organizational values and mission
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and resident care
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
