Job Description

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed
Deliver care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
Currently registered or licensed in applicable state with an active license in good standing
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; must remain current during employment

Preferred Qualifications

One year of skilled nursing experience

Compensation

5.00 dollar shift differential
