Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, Up to $20.11

Fayetteville Healthcare Center is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide routine nursing and personal care for residents in our skilled nursing facility. This position is essential to maintaining the highest quality of resident care while working effectively with our nursing team to deliver compassionate, dignified support.

Clinical Setting

Fayetteville Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility serving residents with chronic or complex conditions. The facility is part of CommuniCare Family of Companies, which operates over 105 skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of shift
• Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Facilitate and conduct activities for residents
• Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner

Schedule

Full-time day and night shift positions are available.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Active and current West Virginia CNA license

Compensation

Pay rate up to $20.11 per hour.
