Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility (SNF). In this role, you will support patients with activities of daily living, maintain patient comfort and safety, and work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene including baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves
• Help patients with toileting, ambulation, turning, and positioning
• Assist with serving meals and feeding patients as necessary
• Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals
• Check vital signs and weight; record intake and output information
• Answer patient call lights and requests promptly
• Report observations of patient status to the nursing supervisor
• Transport patients safely
• Complete required forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect patient information
• Follow all SNF policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Adhere to federal, state, and local requirements and JCAHO standards
• Maintain current licensure and participate in educational opportunities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team

Schedule

• Shifts available: 2-10 PM and PRN (as needed)
