Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Tamarac Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Tamarac, Florida, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct resident care in a team-oriented environment. Clinical Setting

You will work at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing care to multiple residents. The facility is focused on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care with strong emphasis on training, development, and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for multiple residents
• Observe and respect resident rights
• Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
• Assist nurses in giving treatments and examining residents
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitation care under proper instruction and supervision
• Maintain consistent attendance and demonstrate dependability and punctuality

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel

Licenses and Certifications

• Current CNA License
• Current CPR Certification

Additional Requirements

• Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening is required
