Job Description
SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality home care services to clients in the Suntree/Viera area of Brevard County, Florida. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes while working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Record and report client information to ensure accurate care planning
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and execute personalized care plans
Schedule
- Part-time position with flexible hours
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- Level 2 background screening clearance through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
