Certified Nursing Assistant CNA STNA

Diversicare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support to residents in our clinical setting, working collaboratively with nursing and healthcare staff to deliver compassionate, safe bedside assistance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver daily care to patients and residents
• Provide safe and compassionate bedside assistance
• Report accurately and efficiently on patient status and care needs
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Advocate for quality care and enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications

• State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA or STNA)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to report accurately and efficiently
