Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (STNa) Dayshift

Lincoln Crawford Care Center is hiring full-time State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for the day shift to provide direct resident care in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential to our care team, supporting the quality of life for our residents through daily assistance with activities of daily living and close collaboration with nursing staff.

Clinical Setting

Lincoln Crawford Care Center serves residents in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, and memory care settings. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to licensed nurses
• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and nutritional support
• Maintain resident comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety
• Document care according to facility standards and regulations
• Transport residents throughout the facility as needed
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Promote resident rights and person-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Current Ohio State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
• Active CNA/STNA license or registry status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Dependability and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted living settings

Schedule

• Full-time day shift position
