The opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and helping them maintain comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities including meals, hydration, and nourishment between meals
  • Help patients with personal hygiene, including bedpans, baths, shampoos, and showers
  • Assist patients with dressing, turning, and mobility
  • Provide additional patient care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths
  • Check vital signs and record daily information in residents' charts

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
