Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Southwest Montana Veteran's Home is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the long-term care unit at our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to residents while supporting the nursing staff and maintaining the highest standards of quality care.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a long-term care skilled nursing facility serving veterans, where you will be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality resident care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive CNA care for residents
• Answer patients' call lights and respond to requests
• Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
• Report observations of patient status to the nursing supervisor
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Prepare patients for transfers or discharge
• Assist in the provision of emergency care
• Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
• Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by Montana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position
• Pay range: $21.00 per hour
• Daily pay available
• Location: Butte, MT
