Sequim Bay Post Acute is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care to residents in a post-acute care setting. In this role, you will support residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life through hands-on assistance with daily living activities and restorative care.

Sequim Bay Post Acute is a post-acute care facility serving residents who require skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding based on each resident's care plan
- Support restorative care by helping residents maintain or regain independence through range-of-motion exercises and safe ambulation
- Assist with toileting, transfers, and daily living needs with patience and respect
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the charge nurse
- Keep accurate, timely documentation of care provided
- Help create a safe, homelike environment for residents and follow infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification from the Washington State Department of Health or eligibility to transfer certification from another state
- Clean standing on the State Nurse Aide Registry with no findings of abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation
- Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior caregiving experience
