Job Description
We are hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time, long-term contract positions in San Luis Obispo, CA. This role offers a consistent work schedule with set hours and no on-call or floating requirements, providing job stability while supporting patient care in a secure and supportive environment.
Schedule
- Full-time positions only
- 8-hour shifts
- Day, evening, and night shifts available
- Set schedules with no on-call or floating
- Long-term contract assignments
Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out comprehensive nursing care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and preventive measures as prescribed by physicians
- Collect specimens for diagnostic testing
- Accurately document all nursing care, assessments, and interventions in medical records
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to medical emergencies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active California CNA license (hardcopy required)
- Minimum of one year of CNA experience
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to pass background check and facility clearance
