Job Description
Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents in our rehabilitation and healing facility located in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. In this role, you will work as part of a care team to support residents' daily activities and maintain their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist residents at meals
- Measure and record vital signs including heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures as instructed
- Follow infection control and center policies
- Report all changes in residents' condition to your supervisor as soon as practical
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
Required Qualifications
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification by the State
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a care setting
