Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN

The Summit in Bettendorf is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support the health, happiness, and daily experience of residents in this senior living community. This is a PRN (as-needed) position.

Clinical Setting

The Summit is a WellSpire Community for Healthy Living located in Bettendorf, Iowa. Residents participate in activities ranging from yoga and virtual golf to cultural discussions and book clubs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment
• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Licenses and Certifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Schedule and Shifts

• PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling
• Shift differentials available: 2nd Shift $3.00/hr, 3rd Shift $4.00/hr, Weekends $1.50/hr
