Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PM SHIFT

Aria Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the PM shift to support our interdisciplinary team in providing resident-centered care. In this role, you will assist medical staff in administering care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting, and dining assistance
• Answer call lights timely and promptly
• Assess and monitor residents' vital signs, reporting any changes to licensed staff
• Observe residents and report to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety
• Maintain awareness of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers
• Work collaboratively with all disciplines in the center
• Participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain certification requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate in the state of Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience

Schedule

• PM shift, full-time positions (0.9 or 1.0 FTE)

Compensation and Incentives

• Competitive pay
• Additional $3.00 per hour incentive program for full-time PM shift CNAs who work every scheduled shift without call-ins, arrive on time, and do not leave early for the entire month
