The opportunity
Job Description
Mountain View Care Center is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the day shift to provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. You will work with residents to support their daily activities, personal care, and overall comfort while monitoring their health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as getting in and out of bed
- Help with personal and oral hygiene
- Reposition immobile patients to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores
- Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake
- Take and report vital statistics
- Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or health
- Provide support to patients and their families
Schedule
- Part-time day shift position
- Flexible scheduling available
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- CPR Certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
