Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Palm Beach Nursing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safe and welcoming environment. You will work directly with residents to promote their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Clinical Setting

This is a full-time position at a nursing facility in Lake Worth, Florida, with all shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist residents with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary living environment
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Accurately document care provided and clinical activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Compensation

• Pay rate: $18.75 per hour
