Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

This position provides basic nursing care to patients and residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility following hospital stays. You will work under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor, assisting clients with personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living while maintaining a safe environment and ensuring proper documentation.

Clinical Setting

This is a Joint Commission accredited facility specializing in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. The facility has a strong reputation for preventing re-hospitalization and successfully returning residents to their homes and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Assist in providing a safe environment for clients
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

Schedule

• 11pm to 7am
• Full-time and Part-time positions available

Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation and computer skills

Compensation

• $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience
