Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned healthcare leader with over 200 locations across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily nursing care to assigned patients including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting
• Deliver care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility standards
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Communicate and function productively as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered or licensed as a CNA in your applicable state
• Active CNA license in good standing throughout employment
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of skilled nursing experience
