Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Journey Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support to residents in our community-based care setting. In this role, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor their well-being, and collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients
• Monitor vital signs and document patient information accurately
• Report changes in patient condition or concerns to nursing staff
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Required Qualifications

• Current state certification as a CNA, SRNA, or GNA
• Commitment to attend a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs annually to maintain certification
