Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support our nursing team in a healthcare facility setting. You will work with elderly patients, assisting with daily living activities while promoting their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
- Support licensed nurses by performing routine nursing tasks under their guidance and supervision
- Promote patient rehabilitation by encouraging and supporting exercise and conditioning routines
- Communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Complete detailed and accurate nursing documentation to ensure proper care and compliance
