Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Hunterdon Care Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We welcome new CNAs and temporary NAs to apply. This position offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and per diem options available, including morning and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote safety and comfort
• Provide feeding assistance and monitor dietary intake as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
• Accurately and timely document all care provided

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available

Compensation

• Hourly compensation starting at $19.50 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills
• Sign-on bonus up to $1,500
