Certified Nursing Assistant, (CNA) - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time position providing home health visits to clients throughout Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. You will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team delivering home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care that enables clients to receive necessary medical care while remaining at home.

This position requires reliable transportation and offers flexible scheduling with a 1:1 patient ratio.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Provide bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Perform nail care
• Assist with range of motion exercises and transfers using mechanical lifting devices
• Assist with oral feeding
• Check vital signs including temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Perform home management tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
• Assist with ambulation
• Provide medication assistance
• Perform light housekeeping

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience
• Active listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry in good standing
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Successful criminal background check
• Meet all state requirements
