The opportunity
Job Description
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care to residents in our nursing home. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of our elderly residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support to residents
- Assist with meal service
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care
