Job Description
PAM Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts at Victoria North LTACH. In this role, you will provide direct patient care activities and accommodative services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. You will work in a long-term acute care hospital setting, supporting patients during their recovery and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient care activities within the scope of the CNA position
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care
- Support nursing staff in providing quality patient care
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Follow all PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Note: This position does not include administering medications or therapy, and does not assume independent responsibility for patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Current CNA certification (required where mandated by state)
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit

- Full-time, night shift position
