Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Floyd Senior Living in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa. In this role, you will deliver direct care and assistance to residents in a senior living community, supporting their daily needs and helping them participate in activities and social programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs and daily activities
• Prepare residents for activities and social programs
• Provide basic nursing care within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities
• Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor
• Maintain compliance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements

Schedule

• Evening shift with every other weekend (EOW) required

Required Qualifications

• Active, in-good-standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting
