Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Samaritan Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to seniors in our skilled nursing facility in West Bend, Wisconsin. Under new ownership, we are committed to delivering compassionate, respectful care that helps residents regain independence while maintaining a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care according to individualized resident treatment plans
• Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs
• Maintain current certification by attending and participating in training and educational classes
• Deliver high-quality care to each resident with kindness and compassion

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with initiative in daily work

Schedule

• Flexible hours with 8-hour shifts available
