Job Description
Northcrest Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Napoleon, Ohio, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the day shift team. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to residents in a long-term care setting, assisting with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and independence
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Ohio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered approach to caregiving
