Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care to residents in our short and long-term care facility located in Cortland, New York. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining detailed documentation of resident progress and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, adhering to high standards of quality and compassion
• Identify and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
• Document resident care and progress accurately
• Demonstrate proficiency in nursing standard of care skills
• Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the Nursing Assistant Registry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Three shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am
