Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Carlisle, PA. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents in our nursing and rehabilitation center, assisting with short-term medical treatment, specialized therapies, and skilled nursing care in a warm, homelike environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital signs monitoring and other basic care needs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, move, and position patients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
