Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Birth Center

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Family Birth Center. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to mothers, newborns, and families during one of life's most important moments. You will work as part of a collaborative clinical team in a 195-bed hospital setting that includes a Level II NICU and comprehensive maternal health services.

Responsibilities

• Manage basic care activities with a customer service-oriented approach
• Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care that promotes patient autonomy, dignity, and health
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and families

Clinical Setting

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center serves South King County and has been part of the community since 1921. The hospital operates 195 beds including 58 behavioral health beds, a Family Birth Center, Level II NICU, Level III Trauma Center, and advanced surgical services. The Auburn location provides exposure to a diverse patient population within a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA license
• Current BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in a physician's office or other medical facility

Compensation and Benefits

MultiCare provides a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale for this position is $24.72 - $40.85 USD. Actual pay is influenced by factors including skill set, level of experience, and certifications or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on years of experience.
