Job Description
Beacon Ridge Nursing in Sapulpa, Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care to residents in our facility. As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Help with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
