Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Certified Nursing Assistants at American Senior Communities play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where resident well-being is prioritized. Clinical Setting

This is a full-time position working evenings and nights in a senior living community setting focused on geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
• Work collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence) in interactions with residents, family members, and staff

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
