Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - All Shifts

Brookdale is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized care to seniors in our communities. As a CNA, you will work directly with residents and the community management team to deliver compassionate, hands-on support while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming
• Check in with residents and provide status updates at the beginning and end of each shift
• Assist with dining and personal care needs
• Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy
• Coordinate with community management to ensure personalized resident care

Required Qualifications

• Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course (State Tested Nursing Assistant in Ohio)
• Current state CNA/STNA certification, which must be maintained throughout employment

Schedule

• All shifts available
• Part-time and full-time positions

Compensation

Base pay will be determined by applicant skills and experience.

• Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program

• Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725 (less applicable taxes and withholding), for qualified associates who have been with the company for at least one year
