Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) All Shifts

Belle Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care to residents in our long-term care facility. New graduates are welcome to apply, and immediate openings are available across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Respond promptly and respectfully to call lights and resident requests
• Monitor resident health and report any changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility protocols
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to provide resident-centered care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Jersey
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
• Must meet standard healthcare mandates, including a physical examination and a TB test
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team

Schedule and Shifts

• Shifts available: 7AM–3PM, 3PM–11PM, 11PM–7AM
• Schedule options: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $20–$22 per hour
