Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 3 to 11

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of subacute and long-term care, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 3 to 11 shift. You will provide direct patient care in our state-of-the-art facility, which features two therapy gyms, spacious resident suites, and an onsite chapel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities
• Assist with medication management and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
