We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting. In this role, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, support their safety and comfort, and work as part of a high-performing healthcare team with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques
- Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse
- Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations
- Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
- Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly
- Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training
- Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
- Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
