Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care to residents in our Extended Care facility. You will work with a skilled clinical and therapy team to deliver individualized, specialized services focused on each resident's specific needs, interests, and capabilities. Clinical Setting

Our Extended Care facility provides comprehensive healthcare services including specialized therapies and individualized care plans. You will work alongside experienced clinical and therapy teams in a supportive environment dedicated to resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Provide personal care assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in maintaining their appearance and encouraging independence
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Interact with residents and visitors with a positive and compassionate demeanor

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
• Compliance with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Ability to work every other weekend

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Every other weekend required
