Certified Nursing Assistant / Certified HHA

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one home care for multiple clients in the St. Augustine area. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable caregivers seeking consistent work with flexible scheduling options.

Clinical Setting

You will work in clients' homes, providing personalized care in a one-on-one setting. The role focuses on supporting clients with activities of daily living and maintaining their independence and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and ensure client safety

Schedule

• Recurring weekday schedules available
• Morning and afternoon hours
• Monday through Friday opportunities
• Weekend opportunities as available
• Flexible PRN (as-needed) and recurring schedule options
• Opportunity to pick up additional clients as new clients are added

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $18 to $22 per hour
• Weekly pay
• W-2 employment
• $100 bonus opportunity for designated qualifying clients and hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating "Free of Communicable Diseases"
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements

Required Training

• 2-hour Alzheimer's training
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS training
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication training
• Required Florida Elder Affairs training

Additional Requirements

Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes. The scope of the background report may include civil and criminal history records from any criminal justice agency in any or all federal, state, and county jurisdictions, as well as driving records, birth records, and other public records.
