Certified Nursing Assistant All Shifts

RegalCare at Greenfield is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for all shifts. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support in a warm and welcoming environment, assisting patients with their daily activities and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide basic care and support to patients, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply

• All shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekends

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $19 to $25 per hour
• $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees
