Job Description

Join NHC Healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant providing essential patient care in a long-term care setting. This 6am-2pm position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive environment that values your contributions and rewards your dedication.

Clinical Setting

You will work at one of two locations:

  • NHC Healthcare Franklin, 216 Fairground Street, Franklin, Tennessee 37064
  • Richland Place, 504 Elmington Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37205

Both facilities are part of National HealthCare Corporation, a nationally recognized leader in senior care specializing in skilled nursing and long-term care services.

Schedule and Employment Type

  • 8-hour shifts: 6am-2pm
  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
  • Flexible scheduling options, including block scheduling for added stability
  • Overtime bonuses and shift differentials available

Compensation

  • Up to $23 per hour based on experience
  • Full-time sign-on bonus: $2,500
  • Part-time sign-on bonus: $1,200
  • Weekly or daily pay available through OnShift Wallet, allowing access to up to 50% of earned wages instantly, anytime

Required Qualifications

  • Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare experience
  • CNA or nurse assistant training
