LBU Community Clinic is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered women's healthcare. In this role, you will conduct patient exams, manage ongoing care, coordinate timely follow-ups, and make appropriate specialist referrals. You will work across multiple Dallas clinic locations to serve the community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive women's health exams and assessments
- Manage ongoing patient care and coordinate follow-up appointments
- Make appropriate specialist referrals based on clinical findings
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
- Identify and report risk-management concerns
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Support clinic operations and contribute to a safe, efficient patient experience
- Stay current with required education, trainings, and professional standards
- Maintain current immunizations and testing as required
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing or Certified Nurse Midwife program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Active Texas RN/NP license
- Active DEA registration
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)

Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel between multiple Dallas clinic locations

- $5,000 sign-on bonus
