Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Home Health Aide (HHA)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide direct care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. As a member of the home care team, you will work in your neighborhood, deliver compassionate care, and have access to 24/7 clinical manager support.

Clinical Setting

You will work in clients' homes providing direct personal care and support with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Provide bathing and grooming assistance
• Assist with toileting
• Perform range of motion exercises and assist with ambulation
• Execute transfers using mechanical lifting devices
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience (does not need to be in the HHA field)
• Current CNA license or HHA certificate with 75 hours or more (out-of-state licenses accepted)

Schedule and Shifts

• 4-12 hour shifts available

Compensation

• Pay: up to $19-$21 per hour depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Talent Scout Bonus: $500 for referrals who work 100 hours
