Casual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

One Medical is seeking a Casual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services at our Hyannis location, serving Senior Health patients. This is a per diem, hourly clinician role with an anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a primary care environment that combines in-office and virtual care services. One Medical integrates on-site labs, preventive care programs, chronic care management, common illness treatment, and mental health services.

Responsibilities

• See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Collaborate daily with in-office teammates through huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilize your clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program, OR completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both one-on-one and in groups
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes

Compensation and Benefits

This is an hourly role at $75.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed specified qualifications and requirements.
