Cape May Regional, Registered Nurse- Home Health

BAYADA at Cape Regional Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for per-diem, part-time, and full-time home health visits. You will provide nursing care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Cape May County, New Jersey, working on a per-visit basis from our Cape May Court House office.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans according to patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out treatments and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Execute and document physician orders
• Perform client assessments as needed
• Provide case management and care coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic tablet systems

Required Qualifications

• Current active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home care experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay: $52.00 to $60.00 per hour ($81,120 to $93,600 annual earning potential), depending on qualifications and status
