Branson Med 100 Registered Nurse - Full Time

Cox Medical Center Branson is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med 100, a 21-bed medical unit caring for patients with CHF, COPD, dialysis needs, wound care requirements, and hospice patients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients who have longer lengths of stay on the unit.

Clinical Setting

Med 100 is a medical unit within Cox Medical Center Branson, part of a leading healthcare system serving 25 counties across southwest Missouri and northern Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and change dressings
• Manage care for patients experiencing medical conditions or surgical procedures
• Maintain comprehensive medical care knowledge to serve a diverse patient population
• Keep accurate patient records
• Provide patients and families with support and education

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 36 scheduled weekly hours
• Rotating shifts

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
• Active RN license in the state of Missouri
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Previous nursing experience

Compensation and Bonuses

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $3,000 relocation bonus
• $1.00 per hour certification pay
• $1.00 per hour BSN pay
