The opportunity

Job Description

Innovative Treatment Centers, LLC is seeking a bilingual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care to a diverse patient population in Glen Burnie and Frederick, Maryland. This is a 36-hour-per-week hybrid position that combines in-person clinical visits with telehealth. You will work with a collaborative team that values integrated, evidence-based treatment approaches.

Clinical Setting

Innovative Treatment Centers, LLC is a growing behavioral health practice serving Glen Burnie, Frederick, and surrounding Maryland communities. The practice is investing in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and EMDR to offer integrated treatment beyond medication management. You will split your time between in-person visits at Glen Burnie and/or Frederick offices and telehealth from home.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
  • Provide medication management and follow-up care, both in person and via telehealth
  • Deliver care fluently in Spanish and English, with cultural responsiveness
  • Integrate EMDR and Pain Reprocessing Therapy into treatment as you complete training
  • Collaborate with therapists and the clinical team on case consultations and coordinated care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
  • Help build and refine trauma and chronic-pain service lines

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Maryland license as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatric-Mental Health)
  • Board certification (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC
  • Active DEA registration and Maryland CDS registration, or eligibility to obtain both
  • Native-level or professional fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and EHR systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Psychiatric NP experience (new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply)
  • Interest in trauma-informed care, chronic pain, and mind-body treatment approaches

Schedule

  • 36 hours per week
  • Hybrid schedule with both in-office and remote days

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $131,040–$138,528 per year, based on experience

Additional Requirements
