Bilingual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Spanish English

Innovative Treatment Centers is seeking a Bilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Frederick, Maryland location. This hybrid position combines in-person and telehealth services, serving a diverse community that benefits from culturally responsive, evidence-based psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Provide medication management
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, medical providers, and interdisciplinary clinical team members
• Deliver care in both in-person and telehealth formats

Clinical Setting

You will work in a supportive interdisciplinary clinical environment. Professional training will be provided in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Required Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification
• Current or eligible Maryland APRN licensure
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care

Schedule

• Hybrid in-person and telehealth schedule
• 36 hours per week

Compensation and Benefits

• $70–$74 per hour, based on experience
• Annual compensation of approximately $131,040–$138,528
