Behavioral Health Psych Registered Nurse (Medicare Home Health Visits)

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in behavioral health and psychiatric care to provide home health visits in St. Lucie County and Martin County, Florida. This is a PRN/per diem position serving Medicare home health patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to home health patients
• Collaborate with physicians, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Advocate for patients and help manage care plans
• Use clinical expertise to support patients' health and independence

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN license in Florida
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear motor vehicle record
• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience and/or certification
• Minimum 1 year of acute care or medical/surgical nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health nursing experience
